Job Title: IT Support Executive
Job Hours: 8.30am to 6pm
Job Location: Jurong East

The Opportunity:

• Hands-on IT support role covering users, desktops, laptops, printers and basic infrastructure support
• Suitable for candidates with desktop support experience and exposure to Microsoft 365 / Windows Server environments
• Good fit for candidates looking to grow from helpdesk & desktop support into broader IT infrastructure support

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide local and remote IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, copiers and related devices
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, network access and application issues
• Set up and configure computers, user accounts, email accounts, printers and standard applications
• Support Windows desktop environments and basic Mac OS issues where required
• Assist with Active Directory user account support, password resets, group access and basic GPO-related matters
• Support Microsoft 365 administration, including user accounts, licences, Teams groups and email-related support
• Assist with basic Windows Server support, including file server, print server, DHCP, DNS and shared folder access
• Support backup checks, NAS / file backup monitoring and basic recovery tasks where required
• Assist with video conferencing setup and support for platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom or Webex
• Maintain IT asset records, hardware inventory and software licence information
• Support basic network troubleshooting, cabling coordination and connectivity issues
• Coordinate with vendors or service providers for hardware, software or infrastructure-related issues
• Assist with IT documentation, support records and ad hoc IT projects assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Studies or related discipline
• At least 1 to 3 years of relevant IT support, desktop support or helpdesk experience
• Hands-on experience supporting desktops, laptops, printers and common office applications
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Windows Server and networking concepts
• Basic understanding of IT security, endpoint security, network security or cybersecurity concepts
• Experience with DNS, WAF, web server operations, VMware or hypervisor environments will be an advantage
