IT Support Executive

• Position: IT Support Executive

• Location: Defu Lane

• Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,200 + Performance Bonus + Staff Benefits

• Duration: Permanent

• Industry: Gas Distributor

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level support for company applications (Web App, Mobile Apps, ERP) and software

• Assist users with login issues, clouds, VPN, websites, outlook and Microsoft Office, basic troubleshooting, and system usage enquiries 

• Assist in testing system enhancements and updates

• Conduct basic user training and support for new employees. 

• Provide support for PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices

• Troubleshoot basic network, internet, email, and printing issues

• Support IT equipment setup for new staff

Requirements:

• Diploma, Higher NITEC, NITEC, or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields

• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office

• Basic understanding of computer hardware, printers, and networking concepts
