IT Support Executive (ERP/ WMS)

Responsibilities

• Assist in software project implementation of warehouse automated storage and retrieval machine for customer, including supporting integration to customer ERP system, IT infrastructure and customers networks.
• Performing UAT/SIT, Software user Training for customer and internal staff, Software Go live support Document IT projects comprehensively, outlining processes, configurations, and outcomes.
• Provide remote helpdesk and onsite support services for customers, addressing their technical needs promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Diploma or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent field.
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a similar position.
• Hands on experience in software application support, with exposure to systems like inventory, warehouse management (WMS), ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
• Familiarity with basic IT infrastructure, server setup, and network troubleshooting.
