IT Support Specialist

📍 Work Location: Nearest MRT: Labrador Park

🕘 Work Hour: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:15pm or 9:00am to 5:45pm

💰 Salary: Basic up to $5,500 + Up to 2 months VB

Job Description

• Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, printers, and other IT equipment for up to 100 local and overseas users
• Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, network, and system issues in a timely manner
• Manage and maintain network infrastructure including switches, firewalls, and telecommunications systems
• Set up and configure IT equipment and user profiles for new joiners and departing staff
• Monitor backup servers and enterprise backup systems to ensure data integrity
• Carry out scheduled and emergency maintenance to keep systems running smoothly
• Support business applications including door access systems, CCTV, and phone systems
• Handle IT asset management including procurement, inventory tracking, and disposal of equipment
• Liaise with vendors and global IT teams to coordinate support and resolve escalated issues
• Identify and address cybersecurity vulnerabilities to protect company systems and data

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
• Hands-on experience with Windows OS, Office 365, LAN, and network infrastructure
• Knowledge of networking concepts including LAN and WAN technologies
