IT System Engineer (Open to Fresh Graduates)

About the Role

We are looking for a System & Virtualization Engineer to support government security projects involving IT infrastructure, virtualization, and system deployment.

This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields to gain hands-on experience in real-world enterprise and government environments. Training and mentorship will be provided to help you get up to speed.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support project implementation together with Project Managers and Engineers
• Assist with system setup, database setup, and troubleshooting technical issues
• Support IT infrastructure environments using Microsoft Windows systems
• Perform basic network setup, IP configuration, and network checks
• Install, debug, and troubleshoot IT systems and devices
• Manage project documentation and coordinate with subcontractors
• Support deployment activities at office and project sites

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willing to learn and work in project-based environments
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, databases, networking, or virtualization is preferred

Bonus Skills (Good to Have):

• SQL / Database knowledge
• Vulnerability Assessment exposure
• Software development knowledge
• Network switch configuration
• Knowledge of redundancy technologies (e.g., failover clustering, NIC teaming)
• Experience with CCTV, card access systems, or security systems
