IT System/Business Analyst

Role Overview

The IT System/BusinessAnalyst is responsible for stakeholder engagement, requirement analysis, systemenhancement, and supporting Agile delivery. The role also includes testautomation, defect management, and coordination across business, vendors, and ICTteams.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional & non-functional requirements
• Translate business needs into Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and system specifications
• Identify system enhancement opportunities
• Manage product backlogs and support Agile delivery execution
• Collaborate with business users, vendors, and ICT providers for operations, maintenance, and enhancements
• Design and execute automated test scripts (e.g., Tricentis Tosca) for:
• Functional testing
• Regression testing
• Integration workflows
• Validate enhancements against requirements and manage defect lifecycle (end-to-end)
• Ensure compliance with policies, guidelines, and delivery standards
• Provide regular updates on:
• Testing progress
• Backlog status
• Defects and enhancements
• Operational issues
• Support project activities such as:
• Project coordination & monitoring
• Resource tracking
• Change/service request handling
• Documentation management

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years experience as Business Analyst (preferably Agile projects)
• Degree in IT / Information Systems / Business Analytics or related field
• Strong experience in:
• Requirement gathering & analysis
• Business process mapping & design thinking
• Flowcharts and logical diagrams
• Good stakeholder management & communication skills
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Hands-on experience in test automation tools (e.g., Tosca)
• Ability to drive continuous improvements and testing practices
