Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level IT support to users in the Singapore office.
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
Support Windows operating systems and common business applications.
Assist in maintaining servers, NAS storage, backup systems, and network infrastructure.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, email, and network connectivity issues to ensure minimal downtime.
Assist in IT projects, software deployment, system upgrades, and office IT setup.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and external IT service providers for maintenance and support activities.
Maintain IT asset inventory, software licensing records, and technical documentation.
Support basic cybersecurity practices, including endpoint protection, user account management, password resets, and security best practices.
Work closely with the Malaysia IT team to support regional IT operations when required.
Learn and adopt new technologies to improve IT support and operational efficiency.
Perform other IT-related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, computer hardware, and networking.
Basic understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/Wi-Fi, printers, and endpoint troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Windows Server, NAS, backup solutions, or virtualization is an advantage but not required.
Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
Able to work independently as well as in a team.
