Key Responsibilities
· Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
· Facilitate workshops and align stakeholders on scope and priorities.
· Translate requirements into user stories, process flows, and solution specifications.
· Support delivery execution across SIT, UAT, deployment, and change management.
· Drive requirement clarity, scope control, and issue resolution.
· Contribute to process improvement and reusable delivery assets.
Requirements
· 1–5+ years of Business Analyst experience.
· Experience in ITSM / Enterprise Service Management projects.
· Familiarity with Incident, Request, Change, and Problem Management processes.
· Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
· Experience with Agile / SDLC delivery.
Preferred
· ITIL knowledge.
· Experience in banking or large enterprise environments.
· Exposure to SaaS and integration projects.
