Responsibilities
• Evaluating suitable processes for RPA • Understanding and translating business processes into Process Design Documents (PDD) for RPA development • Initiating and leading discussion with business users • Performing code review of RPA scripts and provide constructive feedback and enhancements • Ensuring proper governance and adherance to MAS regulatory requirements • Providing support and maintenance of RPA bots in production • Ensuring and maintaining proper documentation for RPA projects • Building a digital culture within the bank (eg. organising business essential workshops)
Requirements
• Minimally a Diploma in Information Systems, or a quantitative discipline, or a Bachelor's Degree in a technical field • Advanced certification in RPA software (preferably Automation Anywhere), or commitment towards certification • Experience in driving digital transformation, preferably in the banking and finance industry • Experience with one or more RPA technologies (eg Automation Anywhere, UiPath) • Basic knowledge in network architecture • Experience in programming (eg. Python), VBA, SQL and databases • Requirements gathering, process analysis, design and implementation • Problem-solving
