Junior Infrastructure Engineer (AWS)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support enterprise hybrid infrastructure platforms, including compute, storage, virtualisation, backup, and disaster recovery environments.
• Administer and optimise infrastructure platforms, ensuring system performance, availability, security, and operational stability.
• Provide L2/L3 support, incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and platform maintenance activities.
• Support infrastructure modernisation initiatives, cloud adoption, and platform transformation projects aligned with enterprise architecture and technology roadmaps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable, and resilient infrastructure services while maintaining documentation and operational standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in infrastructure, platform, or systems engineering roles, with exposure to AWS and/or Azure cloud environments.
• Strong hands-on experience managing enterprise hybrid infrastructure platforms and operations.
• Experience in L2/L3 support, incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Familiarity with infrastructure security, backup, disaster recovery, patch management, and operational best practices.
• Exposure to automation, scripting, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Ansible), cloud platforms, and container technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
• Experience in infrastructure migration, cloud migration, or platform transformation projects will be an advantage.
