Lead Business Analyst (SAP IBP)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a high-performing team within a Center of Excellence (COE) model
• Partner with business stakeholders to define and implement best practices and system designs
• Develop and present business cases for large-scale systems and process initiatives to senior management
• Contribute to strategic direction and planning within the functional area
• Conduct cross-functional design reviews to ensure scalable and globally aligned solutions
• Configure SAP IBP and related systems to improve business processes and system scope
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and governance standards
• Analyse business requirements, identify gaps, and propose best-practice solutions
• Create process flows and detailed solution designs for system enhancements
• Support continuous learning and capability development in business functional areas

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field
• SAP IBP certification is an added advantage
• Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP SCM planning systems (SAP IBP/APO); SAP S/4HANA experience is an added advantage
• Proven experience in SAP IBP Order-Based Planning implementation
• Hands-on experience with real-time integration between SAP IBP and SAP S/4HANA
• Experience supporting SAP ERP systems and related business applications
• Strong expertise in business process mapping and documentation (e.g., MS Visio or similar tools)
• Ability to configure, test, and train users on SAP IBP modules (Supply & Response, S&OP, Demand Planning, etc.)
