Lead/ Senior Product Designer

We are looking to speak to Lead/ Senior Product Designers!

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver strategic design and research initiatives, shaping product vision, direction, and long-term strategy.
• Translate complex business and user challenges into clear research plans, driving end-to-end discovery activities and synthesizing findings into actionable recommendations.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions that align stakeholders, encourage innovation, and uncover meaningful insights.
• Influence product direction through strong product thinking and storytelling, effectively communicating research outcomes, design concepts, and rationale to diverse audiences.
• Champion user-centered design practices and advocate for research as a key driver of product and business decisions.
• Create service design artifacts such as customer journey maps, experience maps, service blueprints, interaction flows, and wireframes.
• Develop low-fidelity prototypes and iterate rapidly based on user feedback, stakeholder input, and team collaboration.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions are aligned with user needs, business objectives, and technical considerations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, UX design, service design, or related disciplines, with a portfolio showcasing both strategic thinking and hands-on execution that contributed to successful product launches.
• Strong expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, with experience across discovery, opportunity identification, concept validation, usability testing, and product optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to connect user needs with product decisions and business outcomes through structured problem-solving and product thinking.
• Proven experience working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, fostering alignment and driving momentum from discovery through delivery.
• Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex insights into compelling narratives that engage stakeholders.
• Proficiency in rapid prototyping techniques, from early-stage sketches to interactive digital prototypes.
• Self-driven and adaptable, with a strong sense of ownership, initiative, and comfort operating in ambiguous or evolving environments.
• Confident in challenging assumptions and advocating for solutions that improve user experiences and product outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional experience in end-to-end product design and delivery, with a track record of launching digital products or features.
• Interest or experience in learning, training, knowledge-sharing, or education-related products and services.
• Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and agile product development methodologies.
