Lead Systems Consultant (Workday)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Lead Systems Consultant to be part of the SAP-to-Workday Financials transformation initiatives. This role will partner with Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to lead ERP delivery, process optimization, data migration, and business change activities, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of finance systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance transformation and ERP implementation initiatives, including planning, delivery, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Act as a bridge between business and technology teams, translating operational and finance requirements into scalable system solutions.
• Drive SAP-to-Workday Financials transformation activities, including process redesign, data migration, reconciliation, cutover, and compliance readiness.
• Provide expertise across key finance functions such as OTC, P2P, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Revenue Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Asset Management, and Financial Reporting.
• Partner with finance, operations, IT, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery and business adoption.
• Manage risks, dependencies, integrations, and data quality issues within complex transformation programs.
• Support reporting, analytics, and process optimization initiatives to improve operational and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading ERP or finance transformation programs involving Workday Financials.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ERP and SAP-to-Workday migration projects.
• Experience with data migration, validation, reconciliation, and finance process harmonization.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end finance processes and enterprise reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or related industries is an advantage.
