Linux C/C Software Engineer

We are seeking a versatile, proactive Linux C/C++ Software Engineer to bridge the gap between complex engineering challenges and real-world customer success.

In this high-visibility role, you will work on innovative, “fashion-forward” technology products that demand deep systems expertise, architectural thinking, and strong customer-facing capabilities. You will design robust solutions, solve complex system-level challenges, and travel globally to see your work deployed in real-world environments.

This role is ideal for an engineer who thrives at the intersection of advanced Linux development, custom architecture design, and hands-on technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to master our core architecture and lead specializeddevelopment initiatives across the platform.
• Design and implement bespoke features tailored to unique customer requirements and complex “special-case” technical environments.
• Act as the senior technical escalation point, diagnosing and resolving deep system-level issues involving performance, concurrency, networking, and integration challenges.
• Travel internationally to provide on-site technical leadership, explain architectural design decisions, guidecomplex deployments and build strong technical relationships with customers
• Research, evaluate, and integrate open-source tools and emerging methodologies to improve system performance, reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
• Stay up-to-date with software technologies and methodologies.

Required Qualifications & Skills     

• Strong professional experience in C/C++ development on Linux systems
• Strong foundational knowledge of Database management/Security and Network protocols (TCP/IP, Socket programming).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Proven ability to design and extend software architectures.
• Experienced in leveraging and adapting Open Source/AI software and debugging tools.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated and able to learn newtechnologies.
• 1 to 3 years of experience.
