Low-Code Engineer (Microsoft Power Platform)

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Low-Code Engineer (Microsoft Power Platform) to design, develop, and maintain business applications using low-code/no-code technologies. You will work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to automate business processes, improve operational efficiency, and deliver secure, scalable solutions.

This role requires hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and other low-code/no-code technologies.
• Analyse existing business processes and identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Gather and analyse business requirements with stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop automated workflows, forms, integrations and business process solutions.
• Configure and administer low-code platforms, including workflows, business rules, process logic, data validation and user interface components.
• Perform functional and system testing to ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including:Solution Design DocumentsConfiguration and Environment DocumentationSecurity and Compliance DocumentationDeployment GuidesMaintenance and Support GuidesUser GuidesTraining MaterialsTesting and Validation Reports
• Collaborate with internal teams, business users and external vendors to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ensure compliance with ICT security standards and data governance policies.
• Monitor production applications, troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements and continuous improvements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of application development experience.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including:Microsoft Power AppsMicrosoft Power Automate
• Experience developing applications using low-code/no-code platforms.
• Experience configuring workflows, rules engines, business process automation, data validation and UI components.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating Microsoft Power Platform with enterprise applications and APIs.
• Knowledge of application lifecycle management and deployment practices.
• Familiarity with ICT security and data governance standards.
• Experience preparing technical and user documentation.
