Manager, Engineering

We are looking for a SeniorEngineering Manager to lead high-impact teams. You will manage the systems and people that keep theinternet fast, safe, and reliable for millions of customers globally.

As a Senior Manager, you will lead a critical segment of our engineering organization. You will be responsible for scaling highly distributed systems, building high-performing engineering teams, and translating high-level business goals into predictable technical execution.

What You’ll Do

People Leadership: Manage, mentor, and scale multiple engineering teams (includingmanaging other Engineering Managers). Foster an inclusive, high-accountability, and AI-forward culture.
Technical Delivery: Drive the architecture, execution, and reliable delivery of large-scale, low latency distributed systems.
Strategic Alignment: Partner closely with Product Management and global leadership to define technical roadmaps and align engineering output with businessobjectives.
Operational Excellence: Oversee production health, resource planning, incident response, and continuous deployment cycles with a focus on metrics and predictability.

What You’ll Bring
Experience: 5+years of engineering management experience, ideally managing managers or multiple concurrent teams within a fast-paced environment.
Technical Background: Strong foundations in distributed systems,networking fundamentals (HTTP, TLS, TCP/IP), or systems-level languages (Go, Rust, C++).
Execution: A proven track record of shipping complex software at scale, handling ambiguity, and resolving structural project blockages.
