Manager (Information Technology), Business Office (Contract for 18 months)

You will lead and support critical IT initiatives related to the transition of systems in Business Office.  This role provides end-to-end ownership of implementation, operational readiness, and post go-live stabilisation, ensuring a smooth and controlled transition while maintaining business-as-usual operations. You will leverage IT, automation, and programming capabilities to strengthen system readiness, training effectiveness, and financial process integrity.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or related field
• Min 6 years of related work experience in system implementation, transformation projects, or healthcare operations
• Strong understanding of billing, revenue cycle, or financial workflows
• Proficiency in data analysis, automation, or programming (e.g., Python, SQL, VBA)
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagementabilities
