Market Specialist, Thailand

Meta is seeking a Market Specialist with Thai language expertise to support risk and response management operations across Thai-language content and markets. In this role, you will help identify, assess, and respond to integrity risks, policy violations, and emerging threats affecting Thai-speaking communities on Meta's platforms. You will apply your understanding of Thai cultural context, current events, and online behavior patterns to support accurate risk assessments and timely escalations, contributing to the safety and integrity of Meta's products for users across the region.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess Thai-language content and accounts to identify potential policy violations, integrity risks, and coordinated inauthentic behavior
• Apply knowledge of Thai cultural context, political landscape, and online trends to support accurate risk classification and prioritization
• Execute established response workflows to address identified risks in a timely and consistent manner
• Document findings clearly and accurately to support cross-functional review and escalation processes
• Collaborate with policy, trust and safety, and operations teams to surface patterns and emerging risks in the Thai-language information environment
• Provide input on Thai-market-specific nuances to help refine risk detection criteria and response guidelines
• Support quality assurance processes by reviewing decisions for consistency and alignment with established policy frameworks
• Communicate findings and risk signals to relevant stakeholders in a clear and structured manner
• Adapt to evolving risk landscapes and updated response procedures as platform policies and threat environments change

Minimum Qualifications

• Professional working proficiency in Thai is required to review, interpret, and assess Thai-language content and communications as a core function of this role
• Experience in trust and safety, content moderation, risk operations, compliance, or a related field involving structured decision-making against defined criteria
• Experience applying established procedures and guidelines to evaluate cases and determine appropriate actions
• Experience documenting work clearly and communicating findings to cross-functional partners

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
• Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
• Exposure to policy enforcement, legal compliance, or regulatory risk frameworks in a technology or platform context
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
• Experience working in a scaled operations or risk management environment with defined workflows and quality standards
• Familiarity with the Thai political, media, and social media landscape and how it relates to online integrity risks
