Job Title: Meeting Room / AV Engineer
Monthly Salary: $7,000 – $9,500 SGD
Location: Singapore (On-site required)
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Roles & Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and maintain Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) and Zoom Rooms
• Manage the lifecycle of meeting room devices (Crestron, Logitech, Poly, Yealink)
• Perform regular room audits, firmware updates, and device health checks
• Maintain room device telemetry and remote management systems
• Support AV refresh projects including design, procurement, and implementation
• Troubleshoot AV issues including audio feedback, video quality, and connectivity problems
• Configure room scheduling panels and integrate with Exchange/Zoom calendars
• Provide training to users on meeting room AV equipment
• Maintain inventory of AV equipment and spare parts
• Support live events and town halls with AV setup and operation
• Develop and maintain AV standards and best practices
• Work with facilities team on room acoustics and cabling

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Audio Visual Technology, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in AV engineering, focusing on meeting room technologies
• Experience with MTR certification process and device management portals
• Understanding of AV signal flow, HDMI, USB-C, and wireless presentation technologies
• CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) certification preferred
• Experience with remote management platforms (Crestron XiO Cloud, Logitech Sync, Poly Lens)
• Basic networking knowledge for AV device connectivity
• Customer-service orientation with patience for end-user support
• Ability to lift and install AV equipment as needed
