Mobile Platform & System Engineer

Make an Impact by:

• Responsible for E2E service design and implementation of key platform projects for CPaaS and IOT, working with key stakeholders to align the architecture, system interfaces and specifications for implementation and support.
• Manage the integration of 3rd part applications by working directly with the applications providers to ensure the integration interfaces, specifications and requirements are aligned externally and internally within relevant stakeholder groups and supporting systems. 
• Establish the process and support for Day 1 provisioning as well as Day 2 support flows, resourcing and SLA management metrics.
• Ensure the alignment with internal delivery and support teams.
• Responsible for Service Performance as well as SLA management.
• Key interface and SPOC for infosec matters for platform services.

Skills for Success:

• Degree/ Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
• 8 - 15 years IT project management experience.
• Experience leading large-scale platforms or systems projects.
• Demonstrated experience in project management, with strong exposure to Agile delivery methodologies.
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with API technologies and integrations.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity systems, including relevant frameworks and industry standards.
• Effective presentation abilities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management skills.
• Strong collaborator and facilitator.
• Good problem and conflict management skill.
• Experience in CRM, OSS/BSS, CPQ.
• Familiar with platform building.
