• Manage specialized security compliance and governance tools to perform systematic technical reviews for global firewalls and routing infrastructure.

• Administer centralized identity, access, and privilege management architectures to ensure secure authentication protocols across all networked assets.

• Design, build, and optimize automated operational tracking dashboards and performance reporting frameworks to ensure maximum system availability.

• Coordinate closely with cybersecurity units to enforce dual-control password vaults and maintain the rigorous lifecycle governance of hardware inventories.

• Facilitate information gathering and technical documentation workflows for regulatory audit requests while providing high-quality support during critical operational coverage.

skills and experience required

Possess a recognized tertiary qualification in computer engineering, information technology, computer science, or a related technology discipline.

• Proven track record in maintaining large-scale, complex enterprise network architecture and managing network security platforms.

• Hands-on technical proficiency with multi-vendor routing technologies, corporate firewall systems, software-defined networks, and application delivery controllers.

• Demonstrated experience handling regulatory audit reviews and implementing technical compliance processes within a structured environment.

• Strong capabilities in infrastructure scripting, workflow automation, and the administration of enterprise-grade network monitoring utilities.
