Network Engineer @ Ubi, 8.30am to 5.30pm

Scope

• Devices: Cisco Catalyst 9200, Cisco Catalyst 9300, Cisco Access Points, FortiGate Firewalls, FortiAnalyzer Appliances, and cabling infrastructure
• Services Required: Security hardening, troubleshooting, and configuration optimization
• Support Model: One-time engagement or ongoing managed services

Requirements

• Hardening: Secure configuration, patch management, compliance validation
• Troubleshooting: On-call support, incident response, root cause analysis
• Optimization: Performance tuning, best practices implementation, configuration review
• Certification: Engineers must hold at least CCNP or CCIE certification and demonstrate proven experience supporting enterprise networks

Good to have Knowledge

• Familiarity with the Zero Trust framework for modern security architecture
• Experience with Zscaler proxy server configuration and management to enhance secure access and traffic control
• Knowledge of Network Access Control (NAC) solutions

Experience & Support Levels

• Minimum of 4 years professional experience in enterprise networking
• Ability to provide Level 1 and Level 2 support
