Perform continuous monitoring of network infrastructure and services.
Conduct proactive health checks to ensure network availability and stability.
Monitor alerts, events, and system performance metrics.

Manage end-to-end incident resolution in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to restore services efficiently.
Maintain incident documentation and knowledge base updates.
Administer and maintain network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
Perform firmware, software, and hardware upgrades.
Support technology refresh and infrastructure lifecycle initiatives.
Ensure network configurations comply with operational and security standards.
Manage firewall policies, access control rules, and security configurations.
Monitor security logs and investigate network security events.
Support compliance initiatives, including adherence to CIS benchmarks and security standards.
Escalate security threats and vulnerabilities in accordance with established procedures.
Collaborate with cybersecurity teams on remediation activities.
Conduct vulnerability assessments and review scan results.
Prioritize remediation activities based on risk severity.
Implement security patches and firmware updates across network infrastructure.
Track patch compliance and maintain remediation records.
Support security audits and compliance reporting requirements.
Maintain accurate asset inventory and network documentation.
Update and manage Configuration Management Database (CMDB) records.
Perform asset reconciliation and configuration verification exercises.
Ensure configuration changes are properly documented and approved.
Execute network changes following ITIL-based Change Management processes.
Conduct risk assessments and impact analysis for planned changes.
Develop implementation plans, testing procedures, and rollback strategies.
Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) discussions where required.
Ensure successful deployment of network releases and enhancements.
Monitor network utilization, availability, and performance trends.
Analyze capacity requirements and recommend infrastructure enhancements.
Identify potential bottlenecks and implement optimization measures.
Produce performance reports and forecasting recommendations.
Maintain network architecture diagrams, SOPs, operational runbooks, and technical documentation.
Prepare daily operational reports and service status updates.
Produce monthly service reports covering:
SLA performance
Incident trends and RCA findings
Patch and vulnerability compliance
Security posture metrics
Asset reconciliation status
Capacity and performance analysis
The successful candidate should possess experience in one or more of the following technologies:
Cisco Routers
Cisco Switches
Cisco Load Balancing Technologies
Palo Alto Firewalls
Check Point Firewalls
F5 BIG-IP Load Balancers
ITSM Platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy)
ITIL Framework
Network Monitoring & Performance Management Tools
Vulnerability Management Solutions
CMDB & Asset Management Systems
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum 3–8 years of experience in network operations, network engineering, or managed services environments.
Experience supporting enterprise-scale network infrastructure.
Hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies.
Practical experience administering Palo Alto, Check Point, or F5 technologies.
Familiarity with ITIL-based service management practices.
Cisco CCNA / CCNP
Palo Alto PCNSA / PCNSE
Check Point CCSA / CCSE
F5 Certified BIG-IP Administrator
ITIL Foundation Certification
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Excellent incident response and problem-solving capabilities
Understanding of network security best practices
Ability to work in a 24x7 managed services environment
Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Daily operational monitoring and health check reports
Timely incident response and resolution within SLA commitments
Monthly service performance reports
Patch and vulnerability compliance reporting
Security monitoring and escalation reports
Asset inventory and CMDB maintenance
