Network Specialist (Singaporean / PR)

Location: Singapore

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: SGD 4,000 – SGD 5,000 per month (Based on experience)

Working Hours:

- Monday to Saturday

- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

DR WiFi Pte Ltd is a fast-growing technology company specialising in enterprise WiFi, networking, CCTV, and smart security solutions. We design, implement and support high-performance network infrastructure for residential, commercial and industrial clients across Singapore.

We are looking for a passionate Network Specialist who enjoys solving complex networking challenges and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, install, configure and commission wired and wireless network infrastructure.

- Deploy and support enterprise WiFi solutions, routers, switches and firewalls.

- Configure and troubleshoot VLANs, VPNs, routing, switching and TCP/IP networks.

- Perform network assessments, site surveys and WiFi coverage optimisation.

- Diagnose and resolve network performance, connectivity and hardware issues.

- Configure and maintain network equipment from vendors such as TP-Link Omada, Ubiquiti, MikroTik and other enterprise platforms.

- Prepare technical documentation, network diagrams and service reports.

- Work closely with customers, project teams and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.

- Provide preventive maintenance and technical support for deployed systems.

- Ensure all installations comply with company standards and industry best practices.

Requirements

- Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident.

- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering or a related field.

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in networking.

- Strong understanding of:

- TCP/IP

- VLANs

- Routing & Switching

- DHCP / DNS

- Wireless Networking

- VPN Technologies

- Hands-on experience configuring enterprise routers, switches and wireless access points.

- Able to independently troubleshoot complex network issues.

- Comfortable working on-site at customer premises.

- Possess own transport.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with experience in any of the following will have an advantage:

- TP-Link Omada

- Ubiquiti UniFi

- MikroTik

- Cisco

- Fortinet

- Aruba

- Enterprise WiFi design and optimisation

- Network security and firewall configuration

- Basic Linux or Windows Server administration
