Job Title: Nexthink / DEX Engineer
Monthly Salary: $8,500 – $11,500 SGD
Location: Singapore
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain Nexthink digital experience monitoring platform
• Create and manage Nexthink dashboards, libraries, and campaigns
• Develop Nexthink Remote Actions for automated remediation
• Configure Digital Experience Scores (DEX) and health metrics
• Integrate DEX telemetry with IT operations workflows
• Analyze user experience data to identify improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with support teams to correlate DEX scores with incident data
• Generate regular reports on digital employee experience trends
• Proactively identify underperforming endpoints or applications
• Provide training to IT teams on Nexthink capabilities and usage
• Develop custom remote actions to resolve common issues automatically
• Integrate Nexthink with ServiceNow for automated ticket creation

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in digital experience monitoring or IT analytics
• Nexthink certification (Nexthink Engineer or similar) required
• Strong understanding of Windows OS, application performance, and end-user computing
• Experience with data visualization and dashboard creation
• PowerShell scripting for Remote Actions development
• Understanding of ITIL processes and endpoint management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with other DEX tools (Lakeside, ControlUp) is a plus
