Operations & Finance Evaluation Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a Operations & Finance Evaluation Manager to lead financial and operational assessments of companies in the AI testing services space. You will evaluate firms against defined criteria — covering business operations, financial health, and service delivery capability — and produce clear, well-reasoned recommendations for senior decision-making.

This role is ideal for professionals from advisory, due diligence, or operational audit backgrounds who want to apply their expertise in a high-growth, technology-driven environment.

What You Will Do

• Lead end-to-end due diligence (financial, operational, and commercial) on AI testing service companies
• Review company submissions — business plans, financials, project track records, client references, SLA documentation, and pricing models
• Analyse operational performance including resource planning, QA processes, staffing, and delivery governance
• Assess companies' internal controls and operational readiness against defined evaluation criteria
• Produce financial reviews and commercial due diligence reports with clear recommendations for approval
• Prepare evaluation summaries and management updates to support key decisions

What We Are Looking For

• Singaporean Only
• Degree in Accountancy, Business, Finance, or a related discipline
• At least 5 years in the ICT industry — partner management, consultancy, financial advisory, or Big Four experience preferred
• Minimum 3 years in process review, ISO-type QA functions, financial review, or commercial due diligence
• Proven ability to identify operational gaps, assess controls, and surface process weaknesses
• Knowledge of AI governance or AI testing methodologies is a plus
