• Lead and manage a team.
• Supervise project installations, upgrades, and configurations across hardware, operating systems (Windows, Mac & Linux), AV, software, and deployments.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to internal departments and clients.
• Ensure smooth event setup.
• Manage external vendors to ensure quality deliverables.
• Oversee company assets and inventory related to IT and AV equipment.
• Track preventive maintenance services for ongoing projects.
• Collaborate with the IT team to support internal and external clients.
• In line with ISO27001.
• Maintain and optimize network, server, and cable management.
• Document project maintenance, detailing assets and inventory.
• Continuously assess system performance and recommend improvements.
• Build and maintain a network of external vendors.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading and managing a team of technical personnel.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts and emerging technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• Superior interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated strong AV background.
• Resourceful and solution-oriented.
• Experience in the latest digital vending machines is a plus.
• Quick learner and proactive.
• Builds trust and positive relationships with clients.
• Fluency in Mandarin is highly preferred.
