Operations Support Engineer

We are seeking an Operations Support Engineer to support and maintain enterprise digital platforms. In this role, you will ensure system reliability, troubleshoot production issues, provide technical support to users, and work closely with engineering teams to drive continuous service improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 support for enterprise applications, ensuring system reliability and timely incident resolution.
• Troubleshoot issues across applications, APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and integrations.
• Support deployments, configuration changes, production releases, and system monitoring.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, DevOps, and vendors to resolve technical issues.
• Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis, automation, and process optimisation.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience supporting web applications, APIs, integrations, and cloud infrastructure.
• Knowledge of AWS, HTTP, JSON, SQL, networking (DNS, SSL/TLS), and monitoring tools.
• Scripting knowledge in Python, JavaScript, Node.js, TypeScript, or SQL is an advantage.
• Experience working in Agile or cross-functional engineering teams.
