Oracle EBS Fusion Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Fusion Applications Specialist to join our team. The role involves implementing, supporting, and optimizing Oracle ERP solutions to meet business needs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle EBS modules, hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, and the ability to bridge functional and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oracle EBS support: Manage, configure, and maintain Oracle EBS modules (Financials, SCM, HRMS, etc.).

• Fusion Cloud implementation: Lead or support migration projects from EBS to Fusion Applications.

• System integration: Design and implement integrations between Oracle ERP and third-party applications.

• Business process analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.

• Customization & development: Work with Oracle tools (PL/SQL, OAF, BI Publisher, ADF) to customize applications.

• Testing & deployment: Conduct unit, system, and UAT testing; manage deployments and upgrades.

• User training: Provide training and documentation for end-users and business teams.

• Troubleshooting: Resolve functional and technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Oracle EBS expertise: Strong knowledge of core modules (Financials, SCM, HRMS, Projects).

• Fusion Applications knowledge: Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud (Finance, Procurement, HCM).

• Technical proficiency: PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, BI Publisher, OAF, ADF.

• Integration tools: Experience with middleware (SOA, OIC, Web Services).

• Analytical skills: Ability to analyze complex business processes and recommend solutions.

• Communication: Strong stakeholder management and documentation skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

• Oracle certifications (EBS R12, Fusion Cloud ERP) preferred.

Preferred Experience

• ERP migration projects from EBS to Fusion Cloud.

• Global implementations across multiple regions.

• Cross-functional collaboration with Finance, HR, and Supply Chain teams.

• Agile methodology experience in ERP rollouts.
