Oracle Fusion Solution Architect / Process Champion- Record-to-Report (R2R)

▍ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

●       Own the end-to-end R2R solution design across General Ledger, Subledger Accounting, Intercompany, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Accounting Hub and financial reporting.

●       Design the enterprise structure, chart of accounts, ledger and legal-entity design to support multi-country, multi-currency and multi-GAAP requirements.

●       Lead requirements and fit-gap workshops; map current EBS GL and close processes into a streamlined Fusion target model.

●       Drive the EBS-to-Fusion transformation for financials — including opening balances, open-item and historical data migration strategy and reconciliation.

●       Architect the period-close, reconciliation, and consolidation design, and build statutory and management reporting (Financial Reporting, Smart View, OTBI).

●       Configure Singapore statutory localization and multi-country /multi-ledger configurations, including GST and withholding-tax reporting.

●       Lead SIT and UAT, cutover planning and post-go-live hypercare for the R2R track, and mentor client finance process champions.

▍ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (MUST-HAVE)

●       10+ years of Oracle applications experience with deep, hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion General Ledger and financial reporting.

●       Multiple full-lifecycle Fusion Cloud implementations as Solution Architect / functional lead for the R2R / financials track.

●       Proven Oracle EBS to Fusion Cloud migration / transformation experience (not greenfield-only).

●       Has led at least one implementation on the ground in Singapore, on-site with the client.

●       Hands-on Singapore localization / statutory experience plus multi-country, multi-org and multi-ledger rollout experience.

▍ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

●       Experience in the Equipment Manufacturing and/or Semiconductor industry.

●       Consolidation and close experience with Oracle EPM / FCCS.

●       Depth in Accounting Hub (FAH) and Subledger Accounting rule design.

●       Singapore statutory reporting familiarity (SFRS, IRAS GST returns, ACRA / XBRL awareness).

●       CPA / CA qualification and relevant Oracle Cloud Financials certifications.
