Role Overview

We are looking for a Partner Manager to develop, manage, and grow strategic relationships with key upstream technology vendors and infrastructure providers. Your portfolio will heavily focus on cloud hosting (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud), network and cybersecurity (e.g., Cloudflare), and AI technology providers (e.g., LLM APIs, compute resources).

You will be responsible for sourcing suitable tech partners, negotiating enterprise commercial terms, and working closely with our engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and reliable service delivery. This is not a sales role; it focuses purely on managing the external IT and infrastructure supply chain that powers our deep-tech solutions.

What You'll Do

·  Vendor Sourcing & Evaluation: Identify, evaluate, and onboard upstream technology vendors, specifically focusing on cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS), network security (e.g., Cloudflare), and AI service providers.

·  Commercial Negotiation: Request quotations and lead the negotiation of enterprise contracts, pricing structures, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure cost-efficiency and optimal terms.

·  Cross-functional Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between external tech vendors and internal engineering/DevOps teams to facilitate smooth technical integrations and resource provisioning.

·  Performance & SLA Management: Monitor ongoing vendor performance, conducting regular business reviews to ensure they meet our strict uptime, service quality, and security compliance requirements.

·  Strategic Market Scouting: Continuously scan the market for emerging infrastructure and AI technologies, providing insights and market options to support the Leadership team's build-vs-buy discussions.

What We're Looking For

•            2–5 years experience in partnerships, BD, vendor management, or fintech operations

•            Experience working with IT procurement, SaaS, APIs, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), or cybersecurity vendors is highly preferred

•            Strong communication and negotiation skills

•            Professional fluency in English and Mandarin is required to support regional communication and clients

•            Comfortable working with both business and technical teams

•            Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
