Job Description

1. Partnership Strategy & Ecosystem Development

• Identify and build partnerships with robotics vendors, AI/edge partners, academic institutions, and industry bodies.
• Develop and manage collaboration frameworks (e.g., MSAs, NDAs, joint programmes).
• Create and grow a robotics ecosystem aligned with enterprise needs.

2. Solution Development & Commercialisation

• Co-create enterprise robotics solutions using 5G, Edge AI, and automation technologies.
• Translate ideas into pilots (POCs), deployments, and scalable offerings (e.g., logistics robots, inspection robots).
• Support go-to-market efforts with sales and marketing teams.

3. Platform & RaaS Enablement

• Position the organisation as a Robotics-as-a-Service (RaaS) platform provider.
• Integrate connectivity (5G), edge computing, AI platforms, and third-party robotics systems into unified solutions.

4. Enterprise & Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, engineering, product) and external customers.
• Identify use cases, define requirements, and drive adoption of robotics solutions.
• Act as the bridge between business, technical teams, and partners.

5. Innovation & Market Development

• Monitor trends in robotics, AI, automation, and edge computing.
• Represent the organisation in industry events and innovation programmes.

6. Programme & Grant Management

• Work with government and industry bodies on funded initiatives.
• Support grant applications, consortium building, and collaborative projects.

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in Computer Engineering, IT, Business, or a related discipline (Master's degree is an advantage)
• Min 5 years of experience in partnerships or business development within enterprise technology sectors (e.g., telecom, AI, IoT, robotics)
• Solid understanding of 5G, edge computing, IoT ecosystems, and enterprise solution delivery models
• Proven experience collaborating with external partners, vendors, and ecosystem stakeholders
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities
• Familiarity with robotics technologies and applications
• Exposure to AI, computer vision, or automation solutions
• Experience in public-private partnerships, grant programmes, or consortium-based initiatives
