Job Summary

Role: PeopleSoft Technical Developer

Start: ASAP

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Singapore

The PeopleSoft Technical Developer is responsible for the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of PeopleSoft applications, ensuring robust and scalable system solutions aligned with organizational needs.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline

- Minimum 8 years of hands-on PeopleSoft development experience

- Experience with database systems (Oracle SQL / PL-SQL)

- Familiarity with PeopleSoft architecture and tools (PeopleTools 8.x)

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Experience in higher education sector is an advantage

Strong technical skills in:

- PeopleCode

- Application Engine

- Integration Broker

- SQR / BI Publisher

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain PeopleSoft customizations and enhancements

- Build components using PeopleTools (Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, BI Publisher)

- Develop and maintain integrations using Integration Broker, REST/SOAP APIs

- Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning

- Support upgrades, patches, and system enhancements

- Collaborate with functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions

- Prepare and maintain technical documentation
