We are looking for a talentedPerformance Engineer for our award-winning Information Risk Management products You will be responsible for designing performance test architecture, test plans, executing performance tests and building performance benchmark for cloud and on-premises applications. Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
Design performance test architecture, strategy, and test plans for both cloud-native and on-premises applications
Build performance test workload models that accurately simulate real world load scenarios.
Test Development &Execution
Build and maintain scalable, portable, and configurable test scripts.
Execute a comprehensive range of performance tests including load, stress, volume, endurance, spike, breakpoint, and concurrent testing.
Execute performance compatibility testing across various cloud and on-premises platforms.
Analysis & Optimization
Analyze performance metrics such as response time, throughput, resource utilization, and error rate
Compare system performance across varying levels of physical resources including memory, CPU, disk, and network.
Conduct performance profiling across the entire software stack to identify bottlenecks.
Collaborate with the Engineering team to address identified issues and optimize product performance.
Benchmarking & Reporting
Build performance benchmarks at both component and application levels
Deliver clear and actionable end-user performance test reports
Collaborate with the Engineering team to develop system capacity planning guidelines based on performance data.
Continuous Improvement
Stay current with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance testing and engineering.
Requirements
We welcome applications from fresh graduates who demonstrate strong analytical thinking and an eagerness to build expertise in performance engineering. Candidates with 5 or more years of experience will be considered for senior or lead roles.
Education & Experience
A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
Experience in performance testing or engineering of enterprise software applications is preferred but not required for entry-level applicants.
Performance Engineering & Testing
Good understanding of system architecture, including databases, networks, servers and cloud infrastructure.
Good understanding of the software stack from the application down to the OS and CPU levels.
Ability to understand and assess performance testing requirements and prerequisites.
Familiarity with or experience in designing test plans that accurately simulate real-world usage patterns, including load, stress, volume, endurance, spike, breakpoint, and concurrent testing
Scripting skills to build and automate performance tests, with a willingness to develop further.
Familiarity with or experience in performance testing of web applications, APIs, and databases.
Good understanding of industry-leading performance test tools such as JMeter and LoadRunner.
Familiarity with building performance benchmarks and workloads, and interpreting performance analysis results.
Experience or familiarity with application performance monitoring and profiling tools to identify bottlenecks.
Strong analytical skills to interpret test results and recommend optimizations.

Self-motivated with a strong learning mindset and the ability to rapidly acquire new skills.
Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
