Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on and responsible Technician, Physical Security to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and support physical security systems for commercial and industrial projects.
The candidate should be familiar with CCTV, access control, alarm systems, structured cabling, and basic networking.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and configure CCTV, access control, intrusion alarm, intercom, and related security systems
• Perform site testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting
• Conduct preventive maintenance and servicing of installed systems
• Support project implementation and onsite coordination
• Ensure installation works comply with safety and quality standards
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and layouts
• Prepare service reports and update project documentation
• Respond to service calls and technical support requests
• Assist senior engineers or specialists in system integration works
• Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory properly

Requirements

• NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, IT, Networking, or related field
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in physical security systems or ELV systems
• Knowledge of CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and structured cabling
• Basic understanding of IP networking and system configuration
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills
• Possess Class 3 Driving Licence is an advantage
• Willing to travel to customer sites when required

Preferred Skills

• Experience with brands Hikvision, Dahua, Hanwha, Milestone, Genetec, Suprema, HID, Gallagher, Bosch, AMAG, LenelS2, and Avigilon
• Familiarity with fibre optics and server/network rack installation
• Understanding of Singapore workplace safety requirements
