Presales Manager

Key Skills & Experience:

• Experience with IAM (Identity and Access Management) concepts and technologies.
• Working knowledge of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Single Sign-On (SSO), SAML, and OIDC technologies.
• Experience with IAM solutions such as ForgeRock, NetIQ, Okta, IBM SSO, or similar platforms would be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with web/n-tier application architecture, solution design, and cloud concepts.
• Experience in implementing or supporting IAM tools and related processes is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Industry certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) are advantageous.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in a related field.
• Strong interest and passion in information security and cybersecurity technologies.
• Excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
• Experience in preparing RFIs, RFPs, tender submissions, and bid documentation is preferred.
• Ability to perform technical fit-gap analysis and identify critical solution requirements.
• Able to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Present the company’s technical solutions, architecture, and technologies to customers and partners.
• Maintain and manage demo environments for customer presentations and solution demonstrations.
• Develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) based on customer requirements and business needs.
• Prepare and develop responses for RFIs, RFPs, tenders, and Statements of Work (SOW).
• Design and propose solution architectures aligned with customer requirements.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners on technical and solution-related matters.
• Conduct research on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance and innovate current solution offerings.
• Participate in exhibitions, seminars, webinars, and other marketing activities to promote the company’s products and services.
