Principal Product Manager

The Role

As a Principal Product Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products; designing strategy, defining solutions, and driving delivery from concept to launch.

You’ll work closely with product, engineering, design, and commercial teams to bring these capabilities to life, and help shape the infrastructure behind one of the most dynamic fintech platforms in the world.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a high-growth environment, ideally in fintech, e-commerce, or merchant-facing platform products.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, with strong academic performance; technical or engineering coursework a plus.

• Technical fluency and the ability to engage confidently in architectural discussions around SDKs, APIs, and high-performance frontend systems.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate product strategy across technical and non-technical teams.

• Analytical rigor: a sharp eye for detail, structured problem-solving skills, and a data-driven mindset.

• Bias for action: grit, persistence, and ownership to turn complex ideas into real-world products quickly.

• Collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in cross-functional, cross-cultural teams.
