Job Summary

Lead and manage complex IT projects aligned with business strategy, collaborating with executives, clients, and vendors to deliver successful outcomes while overseeing budgets, risks, and organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Direct multiple complex IT projects concurrently to achieve alignment with organizational goals and long-term business strategy
• Manage stakeholder and vendor relationships by serving as the primary liaison for C-suite executives, clients, external vendors, and internal IT teams to resolve escalations and align expectations
• Oversee project budgets and conduct revenue forecasting to ensure financial control and proactively mitigate high-level risks
• Lead organizational and technological change initiatives while optimizing resource allocation across multiple project tracks
• Collaborate with sales teams to scope, cost, and deliver project proposals and presentations supporting pre-sales activities

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly preferred
• Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or ITIL methodologies are highly desirable
• Demonstrated advanced financial acumen applied to project management
• Proven conflict resolution skills in complex project environments
• Expertise in both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
