Process & Transformation Analyst

· 4-8 years of progressive experience in process improvement, consulting, or business analysis roles

· Demonstrated experience in regulated or operationally intensive environments is highlypreferred

·        Proven track record of successfully delivering process improvement initiatives

· Proficiency in business process mapping methodologies and tools

· Strong foundation in Lean principles and operational excellence frameworks

·        Ability to break down complex, ambiguous problems into structured components andactionable insights

·        Outstanding ability to convert ambiguity into structured, logical frameworks

·        Ability to use data (where available) to validate hypotheses and quantify impact

·        Ability to engage stakeholder across business and technical teams, and facilitate structured discussions
