Product and Solution Engineer (CCTV and Biometric)

Responsibilities

• Translate client requirements into cost-effective and competitive CCTV and security system proposals to meet business needs
• Design and secure IP-based CCTV networks by integrating cameras, Network Video Recorders (NVRs), and servers using high-availability protocols to ensure system reliability
• Deliver technical demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and product training to clients and internal sales teams to support informed decision-making
• Oversee installation, system programming, and conduct end-to-end testing to ensure operational readiness and compliance
• Collaborate with project managers, sub-contractors, and manufacturers to ensure site delivery aligns with regional security and compliance standards

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, or Computer Science
• 2 to 5 years of experience in pre-sales, system integration, or technical support for electronic security systems
• Strong communication and client-facing skills to manage complex technical inquiries and business requirements
