Product Business Analyst (Digital Transformation Platform)

Join a high-impact digital transformation team supporting large-scale public digital platforms. We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to work closely with product, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to enhance digital services, improve operational processes, and deliver seamless user experiences.

• Salary: Up to S$9,800 basic (commensurate with experience) + AWS
• Employment Type: Contract
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Singapore)

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into clear user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Drive the product feedback lifecycle by consolidating user insights, support issues, and stakeholder feedback into actionable product improvements.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Software Engineers, UX Designers, and business stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery.
• Coordinate release activities, implementation plans, and change communications across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Support operational excellence by improving business processes, onboarding workflows, user administration, and service operations.
• Coordinate incident management activities, track issue resolution, facilitate root cause analysis (RCA), and ensure timely stakeholder communications.
• Maintain documentation, audit records, governance artefacts, and operational procedures in accordance with organisational standards.
• Support compliance initiatives involving data governance, security requirements, and audit readiness.
• Plan and facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, user training sessions, and onboarding programmes.
• Monitor operational performance, identify process improvement opportunities, and recommend practical business solutions.
• Utilise Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence to support sprint planning, backlog management, and project tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Operations, Service Delivery, or Digital Transformation professional.
• Strong experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications and user stories.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across business, technical, and operational teams.
• Experience facilitating workshops, requirement sessions, and stakeholder engagements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience supporting production incidents, service operations, or operational support processes will be advantageous.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Experience in digital platforms, transactional systems, or customer-facing applications is highly preferred.
• Exposure to regulated environments, governance, compliance, or public sector projects will be an added advantage.
