Product Executive

Job Description

1) Candidates will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end delivery of product features, owning the process from requirement gathering to release. They will be responsible for translating product requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and robust acceptance criteria, while driving sprint planning and backlog prioritization to ensure the development team has a clear and actionable roadmap.

2) Candidates will be required to design and implement technical logic and configurations, including the creation of new settings and fields required to ensure that the backend architecture supports front-end functions and features efficiently. They will act as the primary bridge between Engineering, QA, and Business teams, ensuring that the "how" of every feature is technically sound and that blockers are addressed proactively to maintain delivery momentum.

3) Candidates must have a robust understanding of technology, including the ability to grasp and analyze technical logic and product requirements. This involves closely collaborating with technical teams to refine specifications, addressing technical constraints, and ensuring that proposed solutions are technically feasible while maintaining a high level of functional detail.

4) Candidates will be responsible for release management, including owning the rollout strategy, managing feature flags, and ensuring high-quality releases through proper validation. While they will not perform manual testing, they are expected to work closely with the QA team to coordinate test plans and ensure that the final product aligns perfectly with the defined functional specifications and quality standards.

5) Candidates must be detail-oriented with a strong ability to analyze UI/UX elements and functional requirements. They will be required to analyze product usage and user feedback to provide actionable insights and recommendations for product improvements, ensuring that all aspects of the product align with the needs of the users.

6) Candidates will be required to master all of the organization’s toolsets, gaining a deep understanding of their functions and features to create comprehensive training materials and operating manuals. They must effectively communicate findings and progress within their cross-functional teams, facilitating the efficient resolution of issues and the timely delivery of new products.

Qualification & Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar technical delivery role.

• Experience in Ride-Hailing or SaaS industries is a plus.

• Strong ability to create product logic, settings, and backend configurations.

• Proven ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency with JIRA, Figma, and Notion.
