About the Role

We are now seeking an experienced Product Manager with strong technical understanding of digital or software products and excellent communication skills to partner closely with our in-house team of web and mobile applications developers, so as to drive product strategy and improve user experience and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define product roadmaps, write detailed requirements, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful releases.
• Develop and execute product strategies that improve user experience, app performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Drive user acquisition initiatives by working closely with marketing, growth, and business development teams.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities to increase product adoption and grow order volume through product-led growth strategies.
• Analyze user behavior, feedback, and performance data to optimize product features and user flows.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in product management, preferably in consumer-facing applications, SaaS, or remote productivity tools.
• Candidates with strong internship experiences in digital product management or user acquisition in consumer or technology industries will be considered.
• Solid analytical and organizational skills, with a data-driven decision-making approach.
• Strong user empathy, with high sensitivity to user performance, app stability, and usability optimization.
• Highly self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Preferably possesses a strong technical background, not limited to coding, AI-related domains, or app development.
• Demonstratable use of AI tools to generate insights, streamline workflow processes and improve work efficiency
• Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and clients in China.
• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Minimum Bachelor degree in any discipline
