The Responsibilities:

• Identify customer needs, oversee market research, and monitor the market trends/competitive landscape.
• Identify opportunities to out-position competitors based on areas of product differentiation, both in the short and long term.
• Manage lifecycles and product positioning in the marketplace.
• Coordinate with Marketing Department of marketing activities within the context of the overall corporate plan to meet company objectives.
• Interacts internally and externally with executive management involving negotiation of difficult matters to influence policy.
• Customers’ relationship maintenance & Channel program management.
• Understand product trends, historical data and department input at category level in order to manage in-season opportunities or risks.
• Establish long-term strategies and annual/seasonal financial plans and identifying growth opportunities.
• Take full responsibility for business plans and business results.
• Brand position maintenance.

The Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science or relevant field.
• 3 years of relevant industry experience.
• A self-starter who is able to work independently and engage cross-functional teams in meeting customer requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong negotiation skills, independent and self-motivated.
• Energetic, dynamic, optimistic and customer service-oriented.
• Strong analytical skill & ability to work under pressure.
• Technical background or must have technical curiosity and ability to learn to speak the language of technology.
• Strategic and data-driven thinking.
• Positive thinking, ambitious and goal-oriented.
