Product Manager (Government Project/ Digital Transformation)

We are seeking a Product Manager to drive the strategy, roadmap, delivery, and adoption of a digital product. You will work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, users, and technology teams to deliver user-centric solutions that create measurable business impact.

Working Hours: Mon-Fri
Working Location: Central
Job Type: Contract
Salary Package: Up to $9,000 (basic) + AWS

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap, and feature priorities with stakeholders.
• Gather and analyze user feedback, data, and market insights to drive product decisions.
• Translate business requirements into actionable plans for development teams and vendors.
• Drive product adoption, user engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage product budgets, funding requests, procurement, and resource planning.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.
• Monitor product performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, audit, and performance requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Business Analysis, or Digital Product Delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing product roadmaps, user requirements, and Agile delivery teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions.
• Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams.
