Product Manager (Government Project / Digital Transformation)

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead a Development Squad for a government digital platform serving the Muslim community. You will drive product strategy, manage delivery priorities, and work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, UX designers, and vendors to deliver secure, user-centric digital services.

The ideal candidate has strong experience delivering government digital products using Agile methodologies and is comfortable managing cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.

• Salary Package: Up to $10,000 (basic)+ AWS

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage the product vision, roadmap, and backlog aligned with business objectives.
• Lead an Agile Development Squad through sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Prioritise features and enhancements based on user needs, business value, and technical feasibility.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, designers, QA teams, and vendors to deliver high-quality digital services.
• Gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Manage product releases, dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines.
• Monitor product performance, user feedback, and analytics to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with government digital standards, security requirements, and governance frameworks.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement, project reporting, and product governance throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Support production deployment, change management, and post-implementation reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Product Management, Digital Product Delivery, or Project Management.
• Proven experience delivering digital products using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, and stakeholder expectations.
• Experience working closely with software engineering teams throughout the SDLC.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering Government or Public Sector digital services in Singapore.
• Familiarity with Government Commercial Cloud (GCC), SHIP-HATS, Digital Service Standards (DSS), IM8 security and governance requirements
• Experience managing citizen-facing digital platforms or high-traffic web applications.
• Familiarity with CMS-based platforms and modern web technologies is advantageous.
• Experience working with cross-functional product, UX, engineering, and DevSecOps teams.
• Exposure to community or public service digital platforms is an advantage.
