Product Manager - KT

Product Strategy and Vision:

1. Define and execute product vision, mission, and roadmap in collaboration with Product Owner and stakeholders.

2. Identify digital transformation opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies.

3. Manage product budget, secure funding, and monitor expenditure.

Educational and Experience Requirements:

1. Tertiary Education in relevant fields is preferred

2. Minimum 4​ years of experience in product management or related roles

3. Hands-on experience in full product development lifecycle

Technical Knowledge:

4. Experience in:

· Product Management and IT business analysis

· Application solutioning design and testing

· Modern development practices such as Agile, Cloud, Design Thinking, and Product-Centric Development

· Data analysis and product analytics

· Amazon Web Services (AWS) for deploying, managing, and scaling applications, including services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and CloudWatch

· Salesforce platform, including experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce, focusing on implementation, configuration, and integration for CRM solutions, process automation (e.g., flows, workflows), and reporting.

5. Knowledge of current product trends, best practices and technologies

Professional Certifications (Advantageous):

6. Project Management Professional certification (PMP), Certified IT Project Manager (CITPM), Certified Scrum Master or equivalent

7. Experience in Government projects and vendor management

Experience (Advantageous):

· Experience with AI-enabled customer service capabilities such as conversational AI, Agent Assist or chatbots.

Looking for :

• 1x Product Manager with Salesforce experience (preferably Service Cloud)

• 1x Product Manager with Amazon Connect knowledge and experience. Full hands-on implementation experience is not mandatory, but candidates should have a good understanding of Amazon Connect services, architecture, capabilities, and integration concepts.

• Experience with AI / Agentic Voicebot solutions will be an added advantage.
