Product Manager (OutSystems)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with strong expertise in OutSystems to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade low-code applications. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs and technical execution, driving product strategy while leveraging the OutSystems platform to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and vision aligned with business goals

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, prioritize, and translate requirements into product features

Lead end-to-end product lifecycle for applications built on the OutSystems platform

Work closely with development teams to ensure best practices in low-code delivery and performance optimization

Ensure product quality through testing, validation, and continuous improvement

Monitor product performance, user feedback, and analytics to drive enhancements

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including UX, QA, DevOps, and business units

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field

5+ years of experience in product management or similar role

Hands-on experience with OutSystems (low-code platform)

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Preferred Skills:

Experience in digital transformation or enterprise application delivery

Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and cloud environments

OutSystems certification(s) is a plus
