Product Manager (Treasury System)

Responsibilities

·      Define product requirements for the treasury management system, covering account management, settlement tracking, reconciliation automation, reporting, and audit trails

·      Evaluate build vs. buy options; manage vendor selection and integration for treasury technology components

·      Work closely with engineering to deliver system features on schedule; own the product roadmap and prioritize the backlog

·      Build automated reconciliation and settlement dashboards that give real-time visibility into fund positions and discrepancies

·      Collaborate with treasury ops, risk, and finance teams to continuously improve system capabilities based on operational feedback

·      Drive UAT and post-launch monitoring; ensure system stability and data accuracy

Requirements

·      4–6 years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure

·      Strong understanding of treasury operations, settlement workflows, and reconciliation logic

·      Experience with treasury management systems (TMS), ERP finance modules, or payment middleware

·      Familiarity with US regulatory data requirements for financial services

·      Excellent cross-functional communication; able to bridge operations and engineering

·      Experience in crypto or digital asset infrastructure a strong plus
