Product Owner (Agile SAFe)

We are looking for an SAFe Agile Product Owner to bridge business goals, engineering execution, and external vendor delivery. You will own the team backlog, lead PI planning execution, and guide both internal and third-party development teams. An eye for modern Front-End UI/UX and AI-driven prototyping tools (Example Figma, etc.) will be added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Backlog & Vendor Ownership: Write clear technical stories and maintain prioritized backlogs in Jira for both internal developers and third-party vendor team.
• SAFe PI Planning: Lead iteration planning, story refinement, and cross-team dependency mapping during SAFe Program Increment (PI) sessions.
• Data-Driven UX design: Could leverage telemetry data alongside UX design concepts to design high-value front-end user stories.
• Documentation & Metrics: Keep Jira and Confluence updated as the single source of truth for sprint metrics, vendor deliverables, and technical specs.

Experience :

• 3+ years as a Product Owner or Technical PM in an Agile software environment.
• SAFe Expertise: Hands-on experience executing the full PI Planning lifecycle.
• Vendor Oversight: Proven ability to manage vendor backlogs, verify deliverable quality, and track velocity.
• Atlassian Master: Power-user skills in Jira (boards, epics, workflows) and Confluence.
• Familiarity with UI/UX layout principles and AI-assisted design tools.
• Certified SAFe@POPM or CSPO.
